I'm being accused of copying... yesssssssss... some action. Ha ha ha !

Yesterday, waking up from a very long sleep, first thing I do aside scratching my ass like any waking man does is of course taking my mail... Bah ! nothing important, 5 virus and 6 spams... A normal day. Scratch scratch...
Then I open the browser and take a peek on pnconcept... no drama, fine... and lastly... I take a peek on http://www.postnuke-france.org
Hum...... something is strange. There is english in the last comments block. Hum... let's see... it was on a news where I told my frenchy members how to put short urls. The files I give are coming from Envolution, on from MaxDev and some code from the actual XTE for PostNuke... now what this guy has to say :

I DO ERRORS sometimes but I didn't think I've done any alike. And in this case, the only error would've been to forgot to credit some people. BUT... I check the files, all credits are there... The files were like 5 months old at least and well... nothing wrong in it.
So I answer politly (with a coffee of course) that instead of accusing me stupidly like this, show me something... isn't it the thing we should do ? Starting the discussion so if there is something wrong, we can correct things.
So here I goes : "Nope... 100% sure now... went to your site and I can say that it was the first time I see it. Your mod is for registered so I couldn't check for similarities...
Modifications to the NS-Settings comes from CHTEKK at Envolution (at this time and MaxDev now), same for footer and header... the only thing that I changed was the short_func.php with code coming either from XTE or mtrad but I never saw your dp-shortbla... All files (minus changes) are older than your module (publication date taken from mods.pn.com)... If those modifications comes from Your mod, well, someone took it from you before me and I took it from him without knowing it was coming from your mod.
So now, this leads me to this : Instead of coming to my site accusing me to copy anything, please contact me so we can discuss WHAT and WHY you think I took something without giving proper credits...
Otherwise, your accusation doesn't give me a twitch of emotion and I suggest you do your homework before accusing anyone like this without valid reason or content. I can't give you any credit for coming here and accuse me like this in such a poor manner.
In any case, my reputation speaks for me. I'm always there to discuss and always the first to admit my errors and do the proper changes when it's the case. But give something more consistant than your little lines.

I never saw his site, I never saw any files coming from him, even my name or my site is not written in the files I gave (wow, for someone who would take credits for something I haven't done, I sure do a poor job), etc, etc bla bla bla....
I sent him a little email later in the night while picking my nose. I wanted to make sure he sees what I wrote for him. I'm not the tender kind but I tried to be.... gentleman.
Email goes : " Here : http://www.postnuke-france.org/Article428.html Next time, prove your point to at least have something near what we call credibility !That would be the least we can expect from a dev as active as you are making such an accusation. Waking up this morning... scratching my ass of course... thought that I would have one or 2 spams... 10 I had but buried in the spams, there was this :

Well......... that made my day. (scratch scratch) Poor guy is accusing me again without any arguments and even admits that he could be the kind himself to copy the work of others : "[...]let's see ... ¿pncUserPoints? Wow! dp-UserPoints... thanks for your code... now it is mine too[...]"
He is also stating that I forgot (?) to delete some of his credits in the files... I did a search and I'm don't feel sorry to say that you had nothing to do with those files. That unless he goes by other names, no credit goes to him. scratch scratch...
He's also accusing me to copy the pncChat ( for wich he cannot since he I never gave any files). The pncChat is base on the Xoops Chat that is very old... Older than his mind it seems...
Worse... he is accusing me to copy CODE !!! wow... guy is hot don't you think ? picking picking my nose... will probably soon need a hose...
So let's see... Don't you think this guy needs help ? Ha ha ha !
Like I said, I never went to his site before but now, I feel obliged to go and take a look. (Note : I do not have an account so I cannot see much. Another point for me since all my dev are open to download without registration... AND THAT MY SITE IS OPEN SINCE January 2002.

(picking picking my nose and laughting at my girl's face).
THE FACT IS that anything related to my short url thing on PostNuke', CAPTION, 'PostNuke-France');" onmouseout="return nd();">pnFrance that poor guy is accusing me to copy... HE PROBABLY COPIED HIMSELF FROM THE SAME PLACE I TOOK IT.
Difference is that I left the credits in place... NOT HIM (since he is stating that it is his).
From the BEGINNING... this poor guy has nothing to say. only that I copied his code but without giving me any example (cause he don't have any example), I name my work like his (I name my work like I do since 2001, my site exeist since 2002, his only exists since 2003. Note that my Name is also know since 2001 on various sites.).
Take that note also : He takes the work of MagicX (pmBox) and do modifications. Hope my dear that you left MagicX credits cause you'll have a REAL hard time to proove anything now.
Well... Done for the moment. Me have a life you know... Ha ha ha !
And until someone points me on something legitimate... I'm being accused of copying and I don't ***** care.

Just to make sure my own ego is reaching the sky ha ha ha ! Dear hopeless DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE ! If I take the pncUserPoints for example, Yes, you could say I renamed the mod... No, you can't say it is the same because it was rewritten from scratch and there is not a single line of code coming from the original one. BUT I left ALL the old credits, ALL... in the new credits file and the original credits files coming from the old mod. I WASN'T OBLIGED TO DO SO... This module is mine, and the old authors had nothing to do with it. Everything is there though... Even the name of Mister Z for wich I tried to contact in the past (that was a long time ago don't worry guys ha ha ha) to GIVE him my modifications but he didn't answer (or even cared I guess). So if you try to compare MY integrity to yours... You sure will have a hard time to do so. Kisses on the ass, giggles, me waving goodbye to you going to attack someone else, Prffffffrrrrrfrfffffffrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... Here ends my day... On another site, a new user tried to discredit me again in a forum. He stated 2 things : 1 : The file Shorturl-By-Chestnut.zip was a copy line by line of the dp-ShortUrl. My Answer : The file Short-URLs-by-Chestnut.zip NEVER existed. If it did exists... it didn't came from me, that is for sure. Two : This user stated that I didn't even changed the translations... My Answer : There was only one line for the NS-Settings module. What I gave is the french file from PostNuke', CAPTION, 'PostNuke-France');" onmouseout="return nd();">pnFrance's installation and add this : // Added by CHTEKK for simple urls Wouldn't be very bright to put CHTEKK (former envo dev now at MaxDev) if I wanted to take the credit for this thing, don't you think so ? Also note that in my files, CHTEKK is mentioned everywhere. Not me ! I repeat, my name is not and never was in those files. The friend told me that this user, along with another one AND my accusator... HAD THE SAME IP...
