As a suggestion, May be the Vquiz or a modification of It with pictures on the questions will be great and the pnUserpoints system for it.

you can see something like that (without the pnUserpoints add) only the questions and the capability to show pics at

I don't understand how the pncUserPoints is involved but for the picture thing, the idea must be shown to Vivian.
