I notice that the pncUserHack module is in the "archived" downloads. Also, there was a pncUserHack category in the "Old Forums", but not in the current ones.
So, what is the status of pncUserHack? Should I be looking to use this on a new PN 0.726 site or has it been superceded by something else?

Dev on the pncUserHack is stopped. There won't be anymore as many features will be included in postnuke 0.8.
The actual one works on pn0.723 and on most pn0.726.
Do a backup if you use it.
Note : Although the pnxuser is very different, I think it is an alternative but I never used it. Take a look : http://pnxuser.sourceforge.net (I think)
