I'm using the welcome/user message hack from PortalZine, and it would really be cool if this type of functionallity would/could be incorperated in user....
When user loges in first time a new private message is created to welcome the new member, and giving them a short introduction to the web site?
The message should be an option for the admin (on/off, subject, body)

In Fact, since the login in and such are not stats (for the moment), better making this as a user creation moment.
