Someone who has a very low intelligence (yes, very low) keep trying to sell the idea that the way MagicX handled his subcription service is against the GPL.

Here is a small quote (approximative but still accurate) from this individual : "You ASK that we don't redistribute... and if we do, you cuts the subscription... ... This violates the GPL..."

I say it is approximative cause I feel nauseaous to think I would loose energy again to read all his innovative way of thinking.

Let's give it another shot : "You ASK..."

Now what do we have here... Somebody who ASKs that I do not redistribute his work.

Will I be sued if I do ? Nope, there is no legal possibility for that.

Does he has the right to ASK ? Of course... what is the problem with that ? now read the next o­ne before you go berzerk.

Do I have the obligation to do his bidding ? Nope... if his work is GPL.

Does he has the right to cut my subscription (Note that a refund is made everytime) ? Of course... I would cut your internet connection for being such a twit... but your sub will do he he !
