What is pnWikka?

pnWikka∞ is a Wiki module for PostNuke forked from the excellent WikkaWiki Wiki. The term "forked" is used because the code has been almost completly rewritten to comply to the PostNuke API. As it could be considered a totally new Wiki "forked" from a popular Wiki engine, the idea was not to leave behind what is the original product and if you want a great non-PostNuke wiki engine, consider WikkaWiki∞.

pnWikka∞ is a flexible, PostNuke standards-compliant and lightweight wiki engine written in PHP, which uses MySQL to store pages and many available technologies provided by PostNuke (API, Smarty, etc). The module is a rewrote WikkaWiki ∞ who was originally forked from WakkaWiki ∞. Designed for speed, extensibility, and security. Released under the GPL license.
