Lackatee Pizzaman Posts: 48 Posted: Jun 10, 2005	It just dawned on me how cool it would be to have peoples gallery photos show up in there profile. I cant imagine this not being possible since every picture can be labeled with the users name. Coding it.. eh... who knows? Could take days... But having a a small portfolio (maybe 2) on the front page that would link to all the pictures that user has uploaded. That would be sweet. Or maybe just a tab that says "My photos" .. and you click it and get all their photos. Could even implement the random photos block and have it show random photos format hat users gallery while your viewing there main page profile. eh? Sometimes i wish i knew how to code this stuff.. Id be the man! I think... :D

I think... :D I will use Mark West own words : markwest Don't create an artificial barrier for yourself - anyone can learn anything if they put thier mind to it and apply themselves. There are many books and websites out there for learning php (and it's not that hard really). The biggest difficulty is usually finding a project to apply your learning too. In this case you have the that project. This is the basis of many, many existing open source developments - an individual with a requirement that's not been met by existing solutions. Be brave, dive right in and you may end up suprising yourself. Alternatively there are sites likes rent-a-coder that will allow you to put the job out to many coders who will take on the work for you. Yea I know......... MACscr Plumber Posts: 147 Posted: Jun 13, 2005	Lackatee, I have developed something like this for advprofile, but its probably not the most secure code. I only use it for staff members of a site and its not complex at all. Just handles jpg's. But if your insterested, just ask.
