I grabbed pnWikka from the SVN and installed, everything went well including the admin config pages. Then I try to go to the index page and get "The page does not exist !" This happens with both the regular /url/index.php?module=pnWikka or the short version /module-pnWikka.html The index and other pages work, so I know that pnWikka got installed, see http://www.thebeachcats.com/index.php?module=pnWikka&tag=PageIndex click on the HomePage link to see the error. The error is is the same whether logged in as admin or not. This module looks really promising, I'm hoping to use it to organize a large amount of user contributed knowledge. (added) this is PN .764 with Xanthia theme (Seabreeze based) and short url's enabled. Thanks for any help, edited by: damon, Oct 29, 2007 - 05:48 PM Damon Catamaran Sailing at TheBeachcats.com |

Hello there... "HomePage" is supposed to be the default home page when you installed the module and strangely, it seems it was not created. Check the configuration section in the administration, there is a value you can change there. Or simply create the "HomePage". Chestnut ! ![]() Site Admin |

Thanks for the quick reply. I remember that during the install I was asked to choose a CamelCase name for my home page. I made it CatamaranSailing but evidently that didn't take because the link still said HomePage. Once I Changed the name of my Home Page in config to CatamaranSailing that changed the link and the page is there. http://www.thebeachcats.com/index.php?module=pnWikka&tag=CatamaranSailing Thanks, Questions: I'm planning on making this available on a pretty busy site, is it stable enough for a production site? I wanted to change the module display name from pnWikka to just Wiki in admin | modules | pnWikka | edit I make the name change and click the Update button but the name doesn't change. I figured this one out. The display name Wiki was already being used by the PN modlue named Wiki, (for formatting news module articles). Now that I've removed it the pnWikka can be reached at /module-Wiki.html I've always wondered why the short-urls couldn't get rid of the word module in these links.
