Hi.

I'm trying to add the userhack in a pn 7.5 portal... I've succeed on almost all parts but i've still a problem : where in your code is defined the feature "enable a user who has registered" (this is a checkbox in user managment screen in regular version). And where is the feature "delete a user" ?

Need some help with that...
Do you plan to update your hack ? because there's lots of debug in the code now, from 7.22...

Thanks

You probably mean "Allow user to register" ? In the user configuration (Admin side).

tamariAnd where is the feature "delete a user" ?

The same place it was before but with the difference that you do not need to put a user id since it is now a list with the usernames.

No... This hack is dead and there is no plan to do another one. Almost (if not all) features of this hack has already been added or will be added to the cvs code of the PostNuke 0.8.

It is one of my tasks on the pnDev Team.

But there will be no update on a separate hack anymore.

Thanks for the reply, Chestnut.

So i do the update myself... almost finished but i've still a few problems with account validation, because routine in regular package has evolved from 7.22 to 7.5x.

But i've found the sql field where you define access for a user or not, it's the success of the day.

I had to rewrite 80% of your hack... maybe i'll post it there once done and tested.

Thanks for the idea anyway icon_smile
