Hi. I have a clansite running pn .764, I use a Xanthia theme that's primarily white on black. My problem is that with white bodytext and links, the content in the infowindows for all markers is white on white. I've had pretty consistant white on white problems, and usually just tweak the .CSS of different modules to fix it. Unfortuantely, I can't do this in GoogleMaps. So, 3 questions: 1) I poked around the module for a while trying to find the popup function, what I found was instances of "open.InfoWindow...", but couldn't find the InfoWindow function. Am I correct in assuming this is handled on Google's side via JavaScript? And that this would make it impossible to isolate the infowindow content in a custom .CSS class? That's what I would ideally like to do. 2) Failing that, can I have GoogleMap use a local iw1.png file with a darker background? 3) Any other ideas? Merci beaucoup, I use a few of your modules (pncUserPoints, advProfile, pnGroups) and love them all. I know my users would love to use GoogleMap, but this white on white thing makes it tough to read. Thanks again. D'Arcy. |

I think that the popup is indeed generated by some google code but it may not be hopeless as there are some parameters. The Google map official site will give you that stuff and most of the code that can influence the map is in the templates or in the javascript given with the module. Chestnut ! ![]() Site Admin |
